“My brother is the reason I built CareUnbounded. I saw firsthand how difficult it can be to manage all the pieces of someone’s care and daily life. I wanted families to have the kind of support I wish we had.”
Kimberly McNeely
Founder & CEO, CareUnbounded
For years, Kimberly managed the many pieces of her disabled brother’s care: medical appointments, specialists, transportation, social services, household needs, and everything in between. With no one overseeing the whole picture, she became his coordinator and advocate.
She experienced firsthand how fragmented and exhausting aging and care can become for families. Appointments change. Providers do not follow through. Everyday needs pile up, and families are left trying to hold it all together.
Kimberly built CareUnbounded to change that. Drawing on decades spent running businesses and her own experience advocating for her brother, she created the kind of support she wished her family had: one trusted partner to coordinate the details, follow through, and make sure nothing gets missed.
Managing her brother’s care wasn’t theoretical. These are the challenges Kimberly navigated firsthand while caring for her brother.
Coordinating healthcare across multiple providers
Scheduling specialists, tracking follow up care, and making sure providers actually communicated with each other.
Scheduling transportation and managing logistics
Arranging reliable rides to appointments and handling the constant changes and cancellations that come with it.
Keeping medications and treatments organized
Helping keep track of prescription refills, medication schedules and treatment plans, and coordinating with family and providers when needed.
Overseeing household and daily living support
Managing grocery delivery, meals, cleaning, and the practical tasks that keep a home running safely.
Evaluating care options and advocating within the healthcare system
Researching in home care and facility options, and pushing through a healthcare system that was never designed to make any of this easy.
Being the one person holding everything together
No systems, no support, no backup. Just the relentless follow through that every family caregiver knows too well.

Kimberly has a professional certification by Age Safe America focused on fall prevention and aging-in-place home modifications.
Kimberly McNeely is the founder and CEO of CareUnbounded. She built the company after years spent as the primary caregiver for her disabled brother, coordinating his medical care, transportation, and daily support with no system in place to help her do it.
Kimberly started CareUnbounded because she saw firsthand how fragmented senior and disability care coordination can be, with no single person responsible for the whole picture. She built CareUnbounded so families would not have to carry that burden alone the way she did.
CareUnbounded personally manages every service a senior needs, from scheduling to follow through, instead of just making an introduction and stepping back. Families work with the same advocate every time, someone who actually knows their situation, rather than a rotating cast of providers. And it’s not just healthcare, though we manage that too. We help with all of life’s activities, from home repairs and transportation to wellness checks and staying socially connected.
CareUnbounded operates on trust and follow through, full transparency, and genuine empathy. Every commitment gets confirmed, every family can see their full schedule through the portal, and every situation is handled the way Kimberly would want her own family treated.
CareUnbounded serves seniors and families throughout King and Pierce Counties, Washington.
