CareUnbounded is not a lead generation service. We build genuine working relationships with providers who meet our standards and represent our clients well.
Consistent client referrals
We actively coordinate work to our vetted providers on behalf of our clients. An ongoing working relationship built on trust and performance.
Streamlined coordination
We handle the scheduling, confirmations, and client communication. You show up, do your work, and we take care of the logistics around it.
Trusted reputation
Being in our network signals to clients that your business has been fully vetted and holds up to our high standards.
Well prepared clients
Our clients come to you organized and informed. We brief every client on the service and follow up after. You are walking into a well managed situation.
Direct coordinator contact
You always have a direct line to the CareUnbounded support navigator. Real communication with a real person who knows the client.
King & Pierce County focus
We serve a defined geographic area and work with local providers who know the community. Neighbors serving neighbors.
We hold every provider in our network to the same standard we would hold if they were serving our own family.
Licensed & insured
Current licensing for your service type and adequate liability insurance. We verify both and that they are also in good standing with L&I before any referral is made.
BBB in good standing
No unresolved complaints and a track record of handling issues professionally when they arise.
Strong references
We speak directly with past clients and professional references. Reputation matters as much as credentials.
Experience with older adults
You understand the unique needs, pace, and communication style required when working with older adults.
4.5 stars or higher
Strong ratings on Google, Yelp, or comparable platforms. We look at volume, recency, and how your business responds to feedback.
Reliability and follow through
Our clients depend on their services showing up as scheduled. If something changes, we expect prompt communication.
We coordinate across a wide range of service categories. If you serve older adults and families in King or Pierce County, there is likely a place for your business in our network.
